Freshservice Access Denied

If you receive the following error while logging into Freshservice you can resolve the issue by clearing your cookies.

Right click on the lock icon in the address bar and choose Cookies.
In the window that pops up use the remove button to remove list items until the list is empty.
Go to gbsd.freshservice.com and sign in again and the message site should be working as normal again.

If you still are having the error after following the above directions please test gbsd.freshservice.com in another browser to see if you have the same issue. If the issue does not occur on another browser then you may have to have ask your building tech to uninstall and reinstall Chrome.
