Adding/Editing Staff Directory Photos on the Website
Adding images to user accounts
To add, change or delete a photo for a particular person, make sure the photo is in file manger by their PEID.
1. Open File Manager from the composer navigation menu with the icon that looks like little tiles.

2. With File Manager open use the left folder tree to open the folder for your location. Then open the Staff folder.

3. Look in the staff folder for the employees PEID.
4. If the staff photo is there, please create a ticket with the all the PEID's for all the employees that need to added.
6. Then the website team can add the picture to the employee profile.

Uploading Photos
In order to add a profile picture to a Constituent's record, you must first upload the image file to your site using File Manager. See Uploading files or images to File Manager for more details.
Deleting images from user accounts
To delete a profile picture, repeat the process above to open File Manager and navigate to your locations folder in the folder tree on the left. Then find the employee PEID to the right of the employees PEID click on the x. Also you input a ticket and the web site team can remove the picture from the employee's profile and/or unpublish the profile.
Replacing Current Staff Pictures
1. Make sure the pictures are sized appropriately to 320x400. This can be done in Preview which is already installed on your MAC. To learn how to do this please see the resizing portion of this article https://gbsd.freshservice.com/support/solutions/articles/18000103562. There might be away that you can request to be done by the photographer before they send you the pictures. So, check with the photographer that does your pictures fopr your school
2. With the pictures at the right size you can do a bulk upload of these pictures through File Manager. This is located in in the composer menu shown below
3. At this point file manager should be open. Navigate to you school/site and expand the school/site folder which will reveal the staff folder for you location.
4. At the top of the file manager there is an upload tab. Click on the tab and you see a screen like the one below.
Basic Uploader: Use to upload single files
Bulk Uploader: Use to upload multiple files at once.
5. Select the picture/pictures you want replaced and drag and drop them into the upload screen
6. Start the upload process by selecting start upload at the bottom of the upload window. When the upload is done you will get this warning
7. Select ok and the give it about 30 or minutes or so for the pictures to change on the web site. If this does not happen please input a tech ticket to troubleshoot.
