If you have forgotten your Gresham-Barlow main credential password, this article below will assist you in getting your password reset.

To reset a forgotten passphrase you must first enroll in GBSD's Self-Service Passphrase Management system which you can do by following this guide: Enrolling in GBSD's Self-Service Passphrase Management system. If you have not yet enrolled in GBSD's Self-Service Passphrase Management system and have forgotten your passphrase please contact the helpdesk at 503-258-4755 they can help you set a new passphrase.

1. In your web browser, go to https://password.gresham.k12.or.us
   
   

2. Click on “Forgot my password”
   
   
   

3. Enter your username and click next
   
   

4. Answer your selected questions with the answers you provided during enrollment
   
   

5. When prompted select the radio button to reset password and click next
   
   
   

6. Enter the new passphrase, and verify it. Your new passphrase must must meet the following criteria
       • Minimum 16 characters
       • Must not be one of the last 3 passwords used

7. You will see that your passphrase has been successfully reset. You should then reboot your computer to make sure your new password is synchronized with the account on your computer.
