Modified on: Thu, Jan 30 2025 7:37 AMGBSD's Self-Service Passphrase Management system is a new district tool that will help you reset your passphrase. This article will walk you through enrolling for the first time. After enrollment, you can use GBSD's Self-Service Passphrase Management system to change a forgotten passphrase. In order to use this tool, you must be onsite at a district location and connected to the GBSDLearning or GBSDPrivate network.
- Open a web browser and go to https://password.gresham.k12.or.us.
- Click 'Existing Employee Enrollment'.
- Enter current username and passphrase and click 'Next'.
- Optional: If you provide a cell phone number, during a forgotten passphrase reset you will receive a PIN by SMS message. This is meant to enhance security.
- You will be prompted to choose and answer three security questions. Select a question from the list, enter and confirm your answer, and click 'Next'.
- After answering the last question, you will see a confirmation that you have successfully enrolled. Now if you forget your district passphrase you can select 'Forgot Password' to answer your questions and reset the password.
