Forgot My GBSD Passphrase
If you have forgotten your Gresham-Barlow main credential password, this article below will assist you in getting your password reset.
Important Note: To reset a forgotten passphrase you must first set up your account in GBSD's Okta Dashboard portal which you can do by following this guide: Okta setup guide for partners and staff. If you have not yet set up your account in GBSD's Okta Dashboard portal and have forgotten your passphrase please contact our GBSD helpdesk at 503-258-4755 they can help you set a new passphrase.
Follow these step if you have already set up your GBSD Okta account but have forgotten your passphrase
Go to the Okta Dashboard login screen and enter your username
On the next screen where you enter your password, select the Forgot Password link
The next screen will prompt you to Send me an email. This will email with options to both your primary district email as well as you secondary email (if it is on file with HR) such as your personal address or agency address for partners.

Once email is retrieved, you will have the option of clicking the Reset Password link in the email or using the code it provides. The links are good for 15 minutes.

Next step is to answer the security question you set up
Final step is to change the passphrase

You will see that your passphrase has been successfully reset. You should then reboot your computer or browser to make sure your new passphrase is synchronized and working.
